UUID Generator

This generates Universally Unique Identifiers. It mimics the behaviour of libuuid command-line binary uuidgen (which is part of e2fsprogs package).

• To generate a time-based (version 1) UUID go to http://uuidgen.com/t
• To generate a random (version 4) UUID go to http://uuidgen.com/r

Just in case, here is an UUID to be used right now (already selected to be easily copied to clipboard):
